rocket truck stop / covenant / taffington boathouse/ jamacia plains all 4 settlements can have issues and leave players with save files that say "you are not allied with this settlement" when you try to edit! all 4 settlements you can do every console command i know and kill every enemy and do everything right and still encounter the bug somehow!

Constant Crashing going near Covenant. well simply put, i crash going near covenant, i am unable to fast travel to it, im unable to reliably use the COC console command to warp 'near' it. sometimes i am able to fast travel to a nearby location and walk over, but then it crashs shortly after getting there and if i try to save/load near it.
